About the simple online shoe store website using PHP and MYSQL with source code
This project named simple online shoe store website is a shoe store website script which can be used to create an online shoe store for people or visitors to buy shoes. This system is divided into two which is the admin side and the user side.
The admin creates a product by adding the product name, brand, product color, size available and amount. These products are then displayed in the website homepage. When the products display visitors can select what they want and to their cart, from there follow suit. Shoes listed by the admin can also be edited or deleted. The admin manages all orders from the admin panel. Customers can also see the top best selling shoes at the best selling page.
This project is written in PHP and MYSQL database. You can go through the code in your code editor. This project is meant for educational purposes.

How to Run This Project
To run this project a local server should be installed in your pc.
- Scroll down below the article and click on download button to download this project script.
- Extract the zipped source code.
- Copy the folder you have extracted and paste it in (for xampp xamp/htdocs, for wampp wampp/www,for lamp var/www/html) root directory in your pc.
- Run your XAMPP Cpanel and start Apache and MYSQL.
- Open any of your browser (chrome, Firefox, etc) and go to the URL “http://localhost/phpmyadmin/”.
- Click on New.
- Create a new database with name
shoe_storeand click on create. - Go to the top navigation bar and click on the import tab.
- The import page will open.
- Click on browse.
- Then browse for
shoe_store.sqlin the database folder we extracted and select it. - Click on Go.
- After importing, open another tab on the browser and go to e.g. “http://localhost/online-shoe-store/”
- For admin login, click on Management at the menu bar.
- Go through the README file for the admin login details.
